Store Policies

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. International orders will be place by our website because our service by telephone is only in Spanish. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and then another confirmation when the order is shipped.
The price available for online orders only and it may vary from the store price.
Due to market fluctuation, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quantity discounts apply only to the purchase of the same items
We try our best to scan our products in the best resolution, and make the best product presentation and clear description online. We are not held liable or responsible for any product that looked different in our website with the actual product that received by our customers.
Please note that some products are greatly magnified. Also keep in mind that slight variations in colors from the manufacturers can occur from time to time.
All sizes are approximate. Please allow 5% to 10% difference in actual finished size due to finishing process.
You may be charged additional fees upon the delivery of your order. These fees are charged by your country's customs department and consist of duties, taxes, and import charges. If you refuse to accept the shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including those incurred for returning the package to Fantasias Irma. Please contact your local customs department for the exact amount your country may charge for the items you are ordering.
Back Orders
The web site stock is updated every day. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock, we do NOT back order it. Usually, out of stock items are restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items, however; this is not guaranteed.
You will be notified via email if your order could not be completely filled due to items which are temporarily out of stock.
We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments.
You must notify us by email that you will be returning items. Please mention your order number and the product number for the items you will be returning.
You must return the items within 15 days of the date on your receipt and include a copy of your receipt. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items must be returned in a hard box, in an unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
Returned items will be exchanged for store credit and are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.

Our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to P.O. Box address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages.
We have found FedEx to be very reliable and cost efficient.
